The Groom's Story

David was born handsome, and destined for medical school, in Iowa City in 1991. He spent 13 of the first 18 years of his life with his nose stuck in a book and his head in the clouds.

The Bride's Story

Emily is also a native Iowan, growing up on a farm just north of Fairfield. spent her childhood playing outside with the family dog and inside with her books and Barbie adventures.

COVID-19 Precautions

All guests over 16 must be vaccinated and we expect all guests to bring their own mask.

We will be following the latest recommendations from the CDC regarding masking and social distancing. The wedding ceremony, weather permitting, will be outside. The reception will be inside and, CDC permitting, will involve non-distanced dancing. We are expecting between 75 and 100 guests.
